  • I have that exact same Firex Alarm at my house. Well, they are all interconnected to sound at the same time.

  • OUrs are all interconnected also, but we replaced that one cuz even though we cleaned, it still like to go off at 3am

  • the pulsed beeping is called the 4/6 pattern. The big one with the electromechanical horn is an old First Alert. I'ts a good thing that old First Alert is no longer installed. Ionization smoke detectors typically have a sensing life of 10 years. But thy're still cool to keep in a collection.

  • Yeah, the bottom two were found in my great grandparents house. My great grandma had died and my great grandpa is now living with my grandparents. We found them while cleaning out there house.

  • the one with missing label is an 80s

    first alert

  • I just installed a Fire Sentry just like the one in the video in my room a few days ago. Don't let the small size fool you, that thing is loud!

  • He said "Pulsed and in continuous"

  • Code-3's Are Better Then The Colst And Incontinuest.

  • Who the BEEP rated my comment as a -1? It was just a thought about what it is!

  • yeah that last one is a first alert form the early 80s

  • It sounds more like a 450D than a 874.

    874s sound entirely different.

  • AWESOME!!! That Firex sounds louder than the Code One and the Fire Sentry.I love the sound of those old First Alerts, especially the ones that make a 120 Hz. buzz like an Edwards 870 or 874 AdaptaHorn

  • That last one reminds me of my grade 2 teacher Mrs. Durrant.
