Dating back to the 12th century, historic Tulloch Castle lies on the outskirts of Dingwall with its many shops full of character and its museum in the introspective town centre (roughly 2 km away). The castle's elevated location affords it breathtaking views of the surrounding Highlands. Featuring an interesting history, the imposing castle was renovated in 2002, an arduous process that has enabled the construction to retain its original character, thus creating a unique atmosphere.
