I improvised lead guitar parts as songwriter Chuck Peralta played rhythm guitar and sang live 1 take. I was hearing this song for the first time ever while Chuck and I made this recording on a cassette recorder that he had just received and that we were trying out for the first time. This was back in 1988. This copy is at least second generation and has been in an old tape box all these years. I don't know how to make a video so this is as low tech as it gets. I printed Chuck's lyrics as faithfully as I can make them out but I may have gotten a couple wrong. For example the line I put as "You see a strike on the land" might actually be (after hearing it more times) "You see a strike on the lamb" That would make more sense of the next words "gentle flow" I guess anyway. I wanted to share this song and this is the only way I know how to. I think it is timely for today's world.
