It would be very kind of u if u would give a video response on how to execute the He Zhi Wen's serve....I would also like to know if it would be as effective as on using the same serve to a right-hander by a right-hander?

I have a question but not really about the serve. Is blocking close to the table with short pips like he zhi wen with shake hand grip as effective as penhold grip? Im asking this because my knees are getting worse and moving fast is not going well even tho im 27? Im trying to play close to the table but still with counter hits but its harder with a normal rubber than with pips it seems. Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks
