The Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood rampage will be tried in a military court and possibly face the death penalty. Maj. Nidal Hasan is charged in the November 2009 shooting spree at the Texas Army post. (July 6)

In addition to Nidal Malik Hasan’s Fort Hood shooting, Killeen, TX, was the site of the Luby’s Cafeteria massacre on 10/16/91—6,595 days before Hasan’s Fort Hood spree. The first victim in the Luby’s shootings was veternarian Michael Griffith. The index didn’t readily give him up, but dying the same day was Laurence E. Griffith. @murdoc205 I am not sure he gets off light with the death penalty,,,,I mean am sure he would get life without parole and that has the benefit that he will get anal love for the rest of his life most likely, and some intense beatings.
Imagine going to a US jail and of course everyone will know why he is inside,,,hmmm,,,,he will be a sex slave and a beat board.

his religion wasn't his motivater, him being muslim in the army, around soldiers who are raggin on him for being that, being around people who disrespect his religion with terms like raghead, also having to listen to all the rape and murder stories of innocent muslims in iraq and afghanistan will start to mentaly change someone, and also being told he has to go on a tour in afghanistan a war he apposed because its illegal, will make you snap...

oh by the way he was charged with 14 murders. he killed a 23 year old that was 18mnths preg. her baby died. anyone who thinks he was right walk up to any soldier, marine, airman or sailor and tell them that.
