This happened to me, too. Words of advice for the new account: Don't use the same email. Don't use the same address or name in the Adsense application. Every detail from the old account and email will be black-listed. Be very careful to not let the two accounts cross.

@iamcaplat oh yes, i will be very sly. my youtube 'google' account, is new and it's my first name, with the first letter of my last name...also i'll probably set it up in my boyfriends name and account...let's just hope he doesn't break up with me :P hahaha
