Your playing is quite good, and you do a lovely arrangement of the song.
I'd love to listen to it over and over again. However, the recording is very poor and distorted.
You might consider making another recording.

We sing this song to Edelweiss every Sunday at church:
May the Lord, Mighty God, Bless and keep you forever,
Grant you peace, perfect peace, courage in every endeavor,
Lift your eyes to see his face, and his grace forever,
May the Lord, Mighty God Bless and keep you forever.
Very nice playing by the way, thank you for posting this.

Nice job! I'm 38, and first learned this in the second grade. It was in January, and perhaps because it's cold in Seattle at that time of year, Edelweiss makes me think it's a Christmas song. Maybe the "Blossoms of Snow" part places me in the wintertime?

I'm looking at the sheet music for this because I'm going to audition for the musical at school. This will help me practice for sure.
