Once time's up, I remember that at the end screen, there's an option to allow you to keep playing the game. I had a game that's reaches 2010...

how do u keep urself out of debt every time i bought something to make money like a farm or mine or something i get into debt

In the beginning, first 2-3 years you always will be in debt. Keep hovering above -10000 money and getting foreign funds... Most of the debt money is spend on building stuff to sell/export like mines, farms, etc .
Around 3rd to 5th year, start to roll out manufactured goods, building ran by highschooler like cigar factory or rum distllery, etc... Around 5th year, your money should be positive.
