It sounds like Neil Hannon's singing to a karaoke backing track. It sounds absolutely identical to the studio version, apart from his vocals. And it only fades at the end, instead of the band coming to a proper finish. Still, you can always have faith that good old Neil will never mime himself.

The Late Late Show does that for all 'live' bands. There was an funny incident when the Doves performed on the show once.. the backing track and vocals kicked in before the lead singer was even on the stage, or had his guitar plugged in.
