Nineties pop ledge Chesney Hawkes, filmed live at Butlins Minehead in Somerset on the last night of the epic Hot Summer Party adult weekend in July 2010.

This is the second part of a full video I shot, of the final song of Chesney's set (which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fw4UZxzWUg) and his encore (featured here). Recorded in Centre Stage in front of 3,200 people, Chesney played his headlining set on the final day of a sweltering sold-out weekend crowd, still smarting from a disappointing performance by England in the FIFA 2010 World Cup which had seen them ejected from the competition. All of this was forgotten when Chesney took to the stage and played a storming set of brilliant covers, hit singles and new material, ending with his signature 1991 hit 'The One And Only'. The crowd was picked back up from their doldrums and brought back to an amazing party mood! He's played Butlins Minehead before and blown the roof off the place every time - this was no exception! Enjoy...!

This is another test of video recorded on the iPhone 4 - I'd only had had the thing for just over a week and I was just getting used to it. I've already posted a montage video, edited on iMovie for iPhone, showcasing colour and contrast in daylight, as well as recording in a club environment. However, I wanted to see how the camera handled a concert setting and it coped reasonably well; the colours hold up in harsh light and the audio compensation is impressive. Yes, the whole thing could do with a white balance (anything in sharp white light is blown away) but all in all, a successful test.

As always, any comments are most welcome and, in the meantime, hope you like the vid.
