  • nice vid! it always looks so simple... what if you install a large window that takes many adjustments until you're happy with how it opens/closes, level & plum, but the silicone has dried out?

  • Our home was built brand new in 2003, we closed February 2004. We've had water issues in our foundation since 3 months after closing on our brand new custom built home. Last year I chiseled brick and pulled back siding. I could not find any flashing in any of those areas around our front door or Andersen Windows. Could this potentially be a large contributing factor why we have water issues? What we consider extensive water issues in our home. I have photos showing what is behind our brick. thx
