Noel Nell was sweetest LL ever. Maggie is right about autographs being dumb, but at these conventions it's more of a ritual than anything else. And 30 bucks is a small price to meet the artists whose work brightened your childhod. p.s. Would Maggie turn down a chance to meet Picasso because she's already seen his work? Great video!

First off it costs money to fly them in, alot of these older actresses and actors need the extra cash. I have no issue with paying $30 bucks to meet a few stars some of these actors let you get the picture for free and you pay for the autograph only. I like that your a fan..

Also Joe Pilato (Day Of The Dead) was super cool,he signed, took a pic with me and even let my friend get a pic with him, even tho he did not buy a photo. How many others would do that, not too many.

OK my comment on this-I was there Sunday also, and it was my first Chiller show.I didnt mind paying someone like Larry Storch for his autograph on a picture,he did allow me to take a picture with him, unlike some of the other stars who charged extra for that, which I think was dumb and if they charged,I just settled for the autographed pic. I agree TOTALLY in the fact that it was my way of saying THANKS to them for their work and for giving me the pleasure of watching them over the years.
I agree. I think charging for an autograph AND a picture is bad manners. But I agreed to it, in each case but one. I got such a cheesy hard-sell from Micky Dolenz's "handler" that I left with just the autograph.
Larry Storch is super cool and I didn't meet Pilato but he sounds like he's got the right idea. These people really need to treat their dwindling fan base with respect, or we won't be fans anymore.
