This thing isn't that old, but it isn't the best one in the hospital.

  • Nice elevators, and those floor indicators look a lot like those nixie tube indicators that Dover used.

  • Yes and thanks, but I think those are just 7-segment displays. There is a freight elevator near it (and uses the same motor room) that has the Otis "fade out/fade in" display.

  • That's interesting, but the freight elevator is obviously closed off.

  • The freight elevator is not closed off per se, but is out of the way from these visitor lifts slightly.
