Prosecutor Laura Gunn should be fired. Bonnie Dumanis should be fired too in my opinion.

This is a gross injustice. Imagine how many others that go unnoticed. Someone needs to pay (big time) for this.

I watched the trial from begining to end and hell I felt so much pain from Cynthia Sommer , I always knew in my heart that she was innocent, I am so happy justice served right for once, happy future to you Cynthia

It's times like this when I want to give the jury and the husband's family who condemned her a big "you see? now what do you think! Who are you going to condemn now, huh!?"

When i saw this episode on TLC i thought she was guilty from her calling the insurance company hours after he died to she not seeming like a grieving wife and she having sex with those other military men made her look worse...i believe the NCSI framed her because of her actions after her husband died i also think the her defense attorney was in on it as well

I remember hearing about that case on the news. I knew she didn't do it. Just because she got breast implants, and spent her money on partying that doesn't mean she did it. There's plenty of people I know that I would celebrate if they died, but that doesn't mean I killed them. That's the problem with the judicial system, they never take into account "coincidence".

what an atrocious injustice. well she will now get punitive damages from SD County. people need to recognize that everyone has different coping strategies, even if it means getting a boob job. I'm not saying its the best way to cope, but partying a lot and getting breast implants does not mean she obviously did the crime.
