In February, the World Water Relief team accompanied 25 medical professionals on an annual mission trip to the Dominican Republic. With assistance from the Stratford Rotary of Winston-Salem NC, and Rotary International, they installed a new water filtration system in Batey 7 to provide clean water to this 2,500 person rural village - the first free, clean water the bateyeros ever had.

I love the DR. I have been 4 times and just got back. I saw the water filtration system this year. I was so pleased! Also It felt great to see Ben, Dr. Jorge, Marcos and Pastor Pedro again! I always feel at home there. Thanks for the work you did.
