RUSSIAN daredevils leap off the side of a COOLING TOWER using a makeshift bungee jump in a staggering show of courage.
One after the other they hurl themselves at the bottom of the industrial chimney -- before the slack rope snaps taught and they hurtle towards the wall of the abandoned tower.
The six wear top hats and capes for the plunge, and are connected to a rope tied to another spanning the opening.
But terrifyingly, as the camera pans back it reveals the men are secured to the wall of the tower only by GARDEN HOSE.

I think your eyes are deceiving you. Look closer at the video you have posted. Clearly you can see strong rope running through the end of the garden hose. Probably tied-off on the ends at the railing behing the walkway. Look carefully. They've encased the rope in garden hose to prevent it from chafing against (and being severed by) the sharp steel edges on the rim of the tower. Russians not stupid. Maybe crazy...but crazy-smart.
