@kaizoisevil They could make a "bullshit claim", let's say one of the games Chuggaaconroy plays is bad, and nintendo doesn't want people to know that. They can put a false claim down. Censorship.

@bcfrombc2008 but the copyright claim specifically said that it had rights to his VOICE. That is a bullshit claim. If it was a claim saying that he did not own the company that made the game he was playing, that would be a reasonable claim (reasonable according to SOPA), but even SOPA would say "f--- off" if someone tried to claim rights to a voice.

@kaizoisevil Well, yes and no. No SOPA wouldn't own they're voice. But, SOPA deals with potential copywrite to keep that in mind. Also Chuggaaconroy doesn't own Pokemon last time I checked.

@bcfrombc2008 nah, even sopa would not go that far. It can only deal with REAL copyright claims, it cannot interfere with fake claims (noone can copyright a voice, unless they find out that the person was an impostor)
