Cosplay on a Budget Panel Part 1

At our local convention, Anime Evolution, a few members of FDP did some panels. Cosplay on a Budget was our first one. We will be uploading the other parts soon.

Sorry for the low audio. It was a crowded room and the camera was far away. We are not able to put subtitles on because a lot of the time, there is more than one person talking and none of us has that sort of time.

For anyone who is wondering, we were cosplaying from the anime Escaflowne during this panel.

Sorry for the camera position. By the time we found someone to film, the room had filled up!
