I will check out your website as I want to put an small (LOL) G scale track layout this summer in New England- my wife is good with the trains! Issue I have is a slight grade as my yard slopes (proto operation?)
I have dcs but for O guage. I have an indoor ceiling layout in my finished attic in NH. I run G Aristo, Bachman and USA that said it is smaller stuff as it has smaller curves.
What G scale forums do you recommend?

I have an area in both big loopsand the smaller one 5ft long where I can remove the track and roadbed material to get my rider mower in. I get a push mower in the ramp track area between two posts that are just wide enough to fit it through. Not as bad as it looks and splitjaw clamps make the rail section removal a snap.

how do you cut your grass???
Rayman4499 awesome work, I am impressed with your outdoor layout, simple but unique. On a side note how are the neighbors as MTH can pump out the sound. Great website too.

@NHseacoast Thank you Seacoast. Haha well I dont run with the volume turned up all the way normally because you can hear them inside the house as my next door neighbor will attest to haha.

Would love to know how you did this.

@rickoshea17 Do you mean without derailments? Three things are really key, 1-running MTH DCS as each engine has an optical reader with a striped flywheel 2- body mounted kadees on each car, 3-metal wheels for added weight and lower center of gravity. DCS maintains the proper speed regardless of the variations in track voltage. if the tail engine sees 18volts but the fronts see 24v they all three go the same speed. DCC doesn't and can't do that.
