@spitefulload : California as a place is phenomenal--but they do tend to tax everything quite heavily here. Not 95 percent, but getting there! The state even takes the pennies from your eyes!

@hofnericon We've got inheritance tax too, unless you give it away 7 years before you die, but when you start paying $10 for a gallon of petrol or pack of cigarettes, 90% of which is tax, you'll know what tax is!! BTW are you an ex-pat. You dont seem american (you haven't said 'awesome' once yet)

@spitefulload No, not an ex-pat--American blood, English heart, as Moz might say. We are close to $10 for a pack of Bensons--petrol is more reasonable--$3.00/gallon or thereabout.

It is 95% tax on a sliding scale which isn't as bad as 95% of your total earnings. Don't get me wrong it's still ridiculous. Good cover by the way?
