I live in Jackson and actually Consumers and another company are adding 300 jobs while the hospital is hiring over 100 doctors to teach a new program.  Jackson has its issues but there are a lot of things to do here. It is surrounded by lakes and golf courses. Cascades Falls is also an attraction that tourists come to see.

I've lived in Jackson almost my entire life. I bought my home here in 2008. I've worked in Chelsea, Downtown Ann Arbor, and traveled all over the state of Michigan. I don't think there's a better place to call home. The people are genuine, I've never been stuck in a traffic jam, I've NEVER said "I'm bored there's nothing to do in the town!" the only thing missing is a good sports bar, and GOOD BEER but that's coming SOON!
