Mega Man 9 - Wily's Fortress : Stage 4

This is it! The final stage!~ This is pretty well just your standard Wily capsule stage mixed with the final boss battle.

The intro area to this stage has you going through a series of lasers. Normally you'd use Concrete Shot to block them to avoid taking damage, but me? I just charge right through them because I can get my energy refilled easily enough, and using Concrete Shot feels like such a waste!

The 8 robot masters are no more difficult this time around, and having all their weaknesses just makes scrapping them a breeze. The robot masters are so crippled when you have their weakness when compared to some of the older Mega Man games.

The final boss fight is quite interesting... you'll see what I mean in the video.

Quite possibly Wily's cleverest plan ever. Lasers you just have to step through and take damage from, hoping for energy refills later. Why not put a gauntlet of them that even max energy tanks and 1/2 damage can't save you from?

Is there any easy strategy for beating Wily Machine 9 WITHOUT item-whoring (i.e. without buying 9 E-tanks and 1/2 Damages)? I sunk 3 damn hours into this FUCKING boss and got to the third form about 3 times...
