@rglocks I work for a TV station that has 1 on the nose, 1 in the tail (small fisheye camera), 1 inside showing a cockpit view and 1 more inside cam for the reporter in a rear seat. Not sure where a 5th camera would be, but there is a 4-camera setup for ya.

I think I saw a commercial saying that Chopper 10 (this one, not the Bell 206 they currently use) has five cameras. I know that one is the nose cam. Where are the other four?
