I've only read the Kanto Pokemon Adventures manga, but from what I read it is much much much better than the games' collective stories and the anime's story. So much better.

QOTD:I will add New rivals that will have a Bulbasaur then you can battle legendary I will add Hoenn Pokemon also Kanto you can get a larvitar after you finis the 5th gym of Johto you can go Orange Islands and a half of Hoenn Like only Slateport Mauville Dewford and Petalburg and you cant go Littleroot because you can meet other trainrs you need a cheat to go there also Rustburo because you meet T.Aqua and T.Magma and you can go To Three islands on Kanto

you can get mudkip in second cave but is very rare and level 1

QOTD: I would like it to have a time travel feature kind of like what they did with that Celebi event with Giovanni, only you can use it more then once, so like after you beat the main story, you would end up being able to travel through time as part of the post game and make the Post Game longer and you would be able to do a lot of things in the past and have it effect the future as well, it would make it very interesting and very fun.
