they are actually cleaner to use, since there is no touching involved.. western toilets requires building a nest, wasting alot of toilet paper to cover the seat..... or alot of girls squat over the those toilets, which they make a grand messs....
they sell toilet paper in the vending machines right outside those public bathrooms..

good for hemorrhoids or the prevention there of. i did western style squats till i was 10 years of age for fear from some 80's horror flick where they beast comes from the toilet and kills people. as i recall they where always very pleasant
