Yeah...I wasn't sure if it was safe to take if off to sleep...I miss sleep. lol. I have my first checkup on the 12th and I think he's going to take my stitches out. We shall see.

@ncbrowneyyes Nope! It's been 2 and a half weeks and I think I have atleast 2 and a half more before that glorious day comes!

I had the same surgery last Friday. Are you out of your sling yet?

@massgilms It kept partially coming out. The first occurence was a grapping tournament, then many occurences in other activities, and finally a big painful time in my last MMA fight...

Im having SLAP repair surgery on Feb 21, 2012. Just like to say thanks for posting your videos. Its helped me out dealing with this injury and what I might expect after surgery. Your right, not really much online about this, but I have done alot of research about the injury and surgery. Cant get enough info though. Again Thanks alot

@dinosadon I would say no to both at the same time! Then you wouldn't be able to do anything... I don't know which one would be best to do first... Check out the forums at slaptear dot com for advice there!

Ohh man. I was told I would be wearing mine for 3 weeks or so. I'm even wearing it while sleeping, which is way uncomfortable. Do you take it off before going to bed?

@ncbrowneyyes They told me 4-6 and yea I'm sleeping in it! The only time i take it off is for exercises and showers... I do crazy stuff in my sleep so I think I'll wear it at night a little bit longer than required even...
