I've thrown up from a lot of things before... (overheating, dehydration, motion sickness, bad reaction to pain killers, running after eating, pills on an empty stomach, chugging too much water, crying too hard, stress, fear, anger, hunger, overeating, etc)... But I think I can safely say I've never been sick from eating something that was too spicy.
