Hm all the lyrics sites say "here is bad" but I swear he's saying "he was there".
But anyway totally could be yeah, some of the lyrics made me think about losing faith but that's probably just me subconsciously seeing (anti-)religious connotations everywhere, I think your explanation's more likely =P

No more coke face, no more cocaine, your getting sloppy, and someone has, someone has to say....here is bad!..this song is a great reflection on how society is fucked up everybody taking coke and you being there but not actually enjoying it anymore..well thats what i think anyway.
