Thanks YT for not telling me about this. But dang, awesome that you got this! I used to go here a lot as a kid and never once saw the trucks :/ the body almost looks foreign, like an overbuilt Heil lol nice video! I bet you got a lot of weird looks from all the other people around there haha

@3amrepmike3 lol probably did...but didn't even care haha I'd missed him more than once and this was on a *Sunday*, the day we were leaving, so whatever anyone said/thought didn't have any effect since I was so happy to get this haha

@100Burrtec100 Thanks, yes I can see how at first glance it kinda might look like Heil. No they do not run an Elliptical at Yosemite, but you may be thinking of one that's used in Yellowstone. If that's the case, then good memory lol

Did you look to see if they still had that unknown square body front loader you snapped a picture of?

@ZGeroux That truck was owned by the private contractor that collects recycles. Not the US Govt. But no I did not see it, there was a recent contract renewal, in which they went to dumpsters, so small truck w/carry can is unnecessary in the park.

Damn those dumpsters can be motherfucking loud. And the tailgate is weird too. If people have problems with filming, just eavesdrop on their conversations and say fuck off assholes that's what I would do at least. Cool truck, don't really see a technical 'official' garbage truck owned by the U.S. gov't.
