Yea, at a release party, JKR said a couple came up dressed as Tonks and Remus, Saying they were their favorite characters. JKR said she felt SO guilty!

at first i was kinda confused cause jk rowling said "Remus and Tonks, pale and still and peaceful-looking, apparently ASLEEP beneath the dark enchanted ceiling." i thought it meant they were sleeping! but that was before i finished the book! (don't worry i didn't just find out now)

I think it was sweet that they died, they get to spend all their time together now and now Lupin doesn't have to suffer being a werewolf and live with the thought he might attack someone he loves like his wife or child.

+ Teddy, the child, will be loved by all those that knew Tonks and Lupin, and his parents will be watching in heaven. He will know they died to give him a better world, and therefore life. Also harry says at the end he spends most of the time with him in the future.

waaaaaa this song fits them perfect!!!! omg I cried *so* hard when I read about Tonks looking for him and Harry saying they'll be alright, but they knew it wasn't true I wanted them to survive the series ever since I read book 3. I can't believe she made Teddy an orphan! What was the point of that anyway?!
