Black Bean Relish


1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 can corn, rinsed and drained
1/4 C diced red pepper
1/4 C diced plum tomato
1/8 C thinly sliced green onions
1 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1/4 t cumiin
1/4 t black pepper
1/8 t salt

Combine all ingredients and chill.
