I just found this today, FANTASTIC! What a great a show.. please tell me this is on TV somewhere. The RV'ing subculture in the US and Canada is so awesome it needs more coverage on television. Speaking as a "slabber nub" I'll be referancing this frequentley for ideahs and tips for my new RV  =)

I agree - we RVers need more national exposure and I wish the show was on TV but alas, not yet. I'd love it and lots of others would, too...anyone out there interested in helping me take this to a national level?

Excellent show! I love the Jalapeno tip! I use them quite often and I'm always getting the juices in my eyes. Not sure why I didn't think of using a plastic bag, but I'm glad I watched your show. :) Keep up the good work! I just uploaded my first video yesterday. I can't wait to get my camcorder so I can start doing cooking videos as well. I look forward to more of your videos. Ciao!

I have 2 parents who I think are making their way towards being full time RVers haha! They have an awesome camper right now, I told them if you have 2 flat screen TV's + a wine rack in it, you're not "camping" anymore:D

I've seen a LOT of botched guacomole how-to's on here, yours is dead on, perfect! Great way to surprise camp company with all of that jalapeno? Great vid
