  • @gibsonslasher22 hi, i see your comment was 1 year ago, so maybe you have already found an answer? i am 27 years old and i have difficulty remembering alot of stuff. short term memory. i only remember significant stuff, i also have a very low concentration span, and also have difficulty understanding fairly simple things. i smoke weed, i was once told that smoking tin foil can cause alzeimers. does any1 have any answers for me?

  • Guys, can teenagers acquire this disease? What could be the possible disease if you are a teenager and your body shows sign of forgetting something easily, cannot easily understand a thing and so on? thx..

  • Hello,

Lyme disease is known as the "great imitator." Lyme can mimic Alzheimer's, ALS, MS, and the list goes and on. I am not trying to instill false hopes in those that really do have Alzheimer's but I can say there are many in the Lyme community that were falsely diagnosed. Late stage Lyme can definitely mimic some of your most serious diseases. Lyme disease is a treatable condition. Wrote and informative brochure with the help of 2 Lyme doctors. Will email to anyone. Elaine in VA
