  • Was that kitchen in the building photographed at the beginning? 0.06 (0:01)

  • @ElQuba Sure was.

  • Lidia in on PBS because the Food Network commercializes everything and the chefs are only worried about making cheap meals as fast as they can. PBS, regular or not, has no commercial breaks and is AWESOME.

  • I wonder why she isn't on the Food Network channel instead of PBS?...I love her but PBS is not reliable for regular showtimes...

  • I love Lidia! She makes me feel like I can DO this! She is so easy to relate to and makes gourmet meals everyday meals! She can do no wrong in my book!

  • @cpritchard2001 Dear cp., Thanks for your response. . Your You-Tube page says: Last Visit Date:4 months ago; can't be right !? . I just thought that that comercial kitchen was not all that glamorous considering it was being used, for a T.V. program. (The floor looked dirty at the wall tiles (4:19); the power sockets look a bit old and odd, there are 4 screw holes there too, which could collect city-banned germs). . Thanks for posting; not on tv in my area. . Cheers. from, del-boy
  • @scarypowers because PBS is better than the Food Channel.

  • Lidia is number one on my top ten list of great cook's.

  • love lidia, but good luck making anything for five bucks that has sun-dried tomatoes and ricotta cheese in it.

  • 3 eggs?? Gosh, she can def. take a huge bite!! LOL!!
