And yes I spotted the switch to black and white...crappy colour on that shot, perchance? The photos are nice...but if I want a small cam for important shots I'll stick to my Lumix, ty.

But how can you make a phone call from your Lumix? ;)

Not shown - the iPhone steadicam rigs, and lighting....and having pros using a phone or toy cam in good light is always going to be a win, less so for other situations....

Thanks for the comment! No steadicam-type rigs were used, just some OWLE bubos and some cheap LED video lights.

great video, innovative, beautiful editing, great outcome and why not have your wedding captured creatively by a frigging phone! how cool is that? and to detractors, when does YOUR wedding get over 100,000 views on youtube without it having it be because the best man trip the bride into a pool?

Hey Brad, we weren't sure what the outcome would be, but we were pretty impressed with the quality, especially in print (in a 12"x12" book). Don't knock it til you try it!

Retards!!!!! and I can enter formula one in a Hyundi Accent....... why the F@$k would I??????

Leave wedding photography to the professionals instead of having someone hack up someones big day.

I ran out of space :-)

I certainly would not entertain turning up to a shoot with a phone but,If you can make a good living at it then you will carry on doing so I have no doubt but I know from experience that many people don't understand creativity and technical expertise and who will compare their kit with yours.

These people, often responsible for high budget marketing accounts will expect and hire photographers who visibly sport kit that they KNOW will do the job they perceive they need

I've made a living from photography for 50 years and agree post shoot manipulation be it chemical or digital can make a huge difference. I'm also old school enough to have been taught about photography using 5x4, even for PR and where each shot had to count both from composition and technically with exposure and processing.

I've been using PS since Version 3,understand what it can do but can not understand, even now,why anyone would choose to give themselves a poor start to a good end product.

I'm a wedding photog and although your statement is correct it's also half true. It's 2012. Photoshop. You woulnd't believe what people can do with that stuff also lighting equipment. I shoot with both Canon, Nikon, and Leica and lets face it... High quality isnt enough. Editing is just as important and i am a heavy photoshop user and proud of it.

pretty sure some gear was involved. lighting, a reflector.... something. I've done wedding photography with DSLR's and rangefinders and i can honestly say these iphone pictures are great... but yes. There was indeed some sort of gear involved. No way there wasn't at least a reflector somewhere. 100% believe that it wasn't just an iphone. Also photoshop

Your replies to comments here remind me of religious idiots seeking confirmation of 'concepts' then discounting others as "not getting it" when the absolute truth is....these images suck shit. You should be ashamed and embarrassed and I would hope you begged the bride and groom not to sue you. This is not art. This is trash.

This video is not about gear, it's about what talented people can do without gear.
