Thank you for the feedback; you are correct... this product is not for horse fences! And it can be difficult to see... The Hotline packaging does indicate that this gate is for Cattle, but perhaps there is a case for adding warnings, we will forward your comments for review. Please note that the video title includes the text statement "Not recommended for horses" and the fact is also stipulated in the soundtrack.
This gate is fine for cattle, pigs and sheep, but definately not for horses.

These gates are really dangerous as far as horses are concerned. We nearly had a child decapitated with one of these. Also the horses tails get caught in these gates. The manufactures should indicate on the packages that this product should not be used for horse.
