Yes he is in nei gong level and that is Taiji bible talk about ejecting energy like a string through 9 ball. Imagine 9 ball connect together with one string. Every one can move but the others move together with it. One in the other one out. But string freely connect and direct all ball

So he has the ability to move his dantian any place he chooses? Is his dantian more physical or energetic? Did he develop his dantian through compression breathing exercises? Im just curious, because from the looks of it he may very well be at "Level 3 in Nei-Kung". If somebody can give me some answers I would really appreciate it alot!

you can tell a minute movement- tiny fajin- as the master sends his qi through her. the thing about taiji is that its not big nor fancy movements merely tiny miniscule spirals which delivers the power. basically the better the fajin, the smaller the movement but bigger the resulting qi

So from your meaning of Taiji ("something") you think its called Something Fist. Doh! Taiji here actually refers to a fighting method which contains both extremes of yin & yang in all its complexities, a fighting method that is all inclusive. Taiji is actually 2 words meaning myriad things or everything in existance - past, present & future.

Why is the woman stomping her foot so purspoefully and dramatically. Effect? to dispell the Chi? It alwasy looks so contrived.

first must be able to fill+expand w/ energy+finally use any part of body to transmit energy in an instant. even greater masters hav this down instinctively so as to repel any atak w/o even knowing- but obviously u must 1st hav these basics down & be able issue force properly. while i agree that taiji &PH has combat use, do not become so overwhelmed by mere fighting that u dont comprehend the marvels beyond that transcend all

firstly, linguistical idiocies misguided the translation of taijiquan. taiji actualy refer to the taoist idea of Yin&Yang; in the begining was nothing(wuji) from wuji spawned taiji('something') which seperate into Yin&Yang. it is incorect & misleading to entitle it supreme ultimate fist as its meanin is much diferent.
2nd this is only demonstrate issue som internal energy. peng lu ji an tsai lieh zhou kao- these are 8 basic 'gateways'
Master Liu Ji Fa will also be going to the US in September 2008 to teach some seminars on push hands and Wu style basics and push hands patterns.

Another important reason why people stamp their foot is to show that they've "heard" the other person's incoming force; they've sensed that at that point they were a bit off balance or the other person could have struck them.
In push hands there's also a lot of 'manners' that let people play together without the need for proving they can win or throw someone else around.

I doubt that she knows that.

I've seen high level masters push with somebody who's not as high level as them still listen to the other's jing and demonstrate that they've 'felt' their strike or energy.
Sometimes it's just good manners to let other people demonstrate their skills, whether they're better than others or not.
In Chinese they call it having a large or generous spirit.
Master Liu definately does as do many others I've met in China.

Master Liu is using the inhalation and exhalation of the air in the lungs with manipulation from the dantian to release the energy, not physically push with the arms.

Don't be silly, you don't need to stamp your feet. It is nothing more than a simple physical push from the chest. This lady must be very week physicaly & mentaly to let that upset her. It's just a simple little physical push.

It's about listening and sensing energy.
Of course these small issues of energy are not enough to knock someone to the ground, but if you wish to train sensitivity and be able to dissipate a real attack then you have to train your own ability to be able to ground their incoming energy. This is one important way to train sensitivity 'ting jing'.
