  • it is my most favourite childhood game and i think its the best exercise to lose weight bcz while jumping rope you don't need to divert ur mind and watch the clock again and again... and the best thing its not boring...

  • @karbondieokside That's right. Watching tv also gets your mind of actually jumping.

  • I thought the video was sped up,but it was the real video speed.Nice work. Its nice to see you just relax when going at high speed,i wish i could do that

  • @SoefTR9 You can. Pick your favorite music. Start slow. Eventually you'll be able to speed up. Good Luck!!

  • @squawkbox09 Haha. Bad luck my friend. Don't give up. Get well and back at it soon.

  • Fml, I did 10 today, and I tripped over the rope. Then I did 60 and my shoelaces were loose, so my show tilted over a little and twisted my ankle. That hurt like hell. -.- I'm typing this with my foot elevated and lying it on a bag of frozen peas. -________-

  • insanely concentrated

  • I always start with jump ropes before my workouts. You're pretty smooth with those ropes. Reminds me of Mayweather Jr.

  • @Dakdizzy Its High Intensity. Hodge Twins commented on that.

  • I'm going to give it a try starting from slow.

  • @jumpropeclass If you don't mind me asking, the name of the first song that was played during this video. I'd love to jump to it.

  • @betthisonesfree SHUT UP DX

  • @squawkbox09 HAHAHAHA omg that made me laugh lol

  • @123bathinapes I browsed through the comments of your other video, and saw that you use an aerospeed II which answers my question, but I was also wondering if you were putting on muscle at the same time as you were losing weight. A lot of people say it isn't possible, but since you say you lift weights like 3 times a week and jump rope 5-6 times, I'd just like to get your take on it!

  • Hey. You inspired me to give this a try. I used to jog before but it was too much strain on my knees. You recommended a mylon rope. Do you use one with or without ball bearings? I bought one with ball bearings, but it's somehow hard to maintain good speed with it. Or maybe that's just me I don't know haha.
