(More comments from me!) The new white one is very specific, there is no way you can't understand the message that it contains. I had a friend that was teasing me at work about our standards and I gave him a copy. He took it home and read it all. It was great because then he knew where I was coming when we would discuss different topics. He would even keep me in line if I messed up.
