If God can create Adam without a Father and a Mother and can create Eve without a Mother, why can he not create Isa (AS) without a Father?

God can do as he wills. That's the simple answer for Islam. This was a miracle from God, that's why he did it. Shamoun's a dumb missionary snake, nothing more...

@truebeliever786 Adam and Eve could have come from parents because they were the first humans.. Jesus is the only one born miraculously by the will of God from a virgin.. the question is WHY only him? Muslims say it was a sign for the people and that would make sense if that was the only sign that was given to people but Jesus gave many signs, many miracles so that explanation doesn't answer the question.. the Bible gives us the answer, the Quran doesn't..

@JesusOrMuhammad They were still born miraculously, all 3 of them (Adam, Eve and Jesus). The answer is that if God can create Adam (AS) without a male and a female and Eve (SA) without a female, he can create Jesus (AS), without a male...

And that wasn't a sign for Jesus (AS) only, that was a sign for Mary (SA) as well, because she was the only virgin woman to conceive a child... That was the very first miracle of Prophet Isa (AS) and the second one was him speaking as a child in a cradle...

@truebeliever786 Well, i don't believe ur quran so this answer doesn't hold water in my opinion.. as i said Jesus gave plenty of signs and the prophets had prophecied about Jesus in the scriptures which were all signs aswell.. so no need for a miraculous virgin birth.. and Adam and Eve were not born they were created because they were the first humans.. they could not have been born.. Jesus spoke as a infant in the cradle in ur quran yes, but not in the 4 Gospels.. so i don't accept that.

@JesusOrMuhammad That's a whole different issue about the Gospels etc... Prophet Isa (AS) was chosen for this because he was special, among the Greatest Prophets of All time...

It was a sign for the people that God can do anything. Plus it completes the puzzle... You have Adam, made from no male and no female, Eve made from one male and no female, Jesus, made from no male and one female and us, made from one male and one female... That's why God did it... He chose Isa (AS) for this...

Jesus was unique, he was given a unique mission to fullfill the Law as Jesus himself said.. no prophet fullfilled the Law only Jesus. Only Jesus fullfilled over a 100 Messianic prophecies, not Moses, not David and not Muhammad.

People already knew that God can do anything.. that last stament about a "puzzle" makes absolutely no sense to me.

many muslims will vehemently disagree with u, allah does have limitations, that's why allah even need a messenger to make human to believe in him. allah even can not do what we lowly human can do, i.e, beget sons/daughters.......read the quran for futher details about allah's limitations.

@JesusOrMuhammad The Greatest Prophets (AS) have their own Uniqueness and specialties and there are signs before their birth. The sign of Prophet Isa (AS) was a Virgin woman carrying a child. The sign of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (SAWW) was the vast Ethiopian Army of Elephants being destroyed by stones carried in the mouths of birds sent by God (read Surah al-Fil), when they tried to destroy the Ka'bah.
