every now and then I hear a cover of a song that just completely turns me inside out this is one ..... soulful and perfect not about royalties or record sales but about ppl and inspiration and hope

@STEPHAN61001 and written and first recorded by Sam Cooke back in 1963, later taken as the theme for the Civil Rights Movement. It's timeless and totally beautiful. I love Clarence Bekker's amazing performance here (as well as Grandpa Elliott, of course).

@Silv3r198 part of that 'change' is the idea that WE are the ones to make it happen. So don't wait - do something (voting, getting involved helps) :) Every one of us - through the music we love that connects us. Individually we might feel powerless, but joining hands with all of those across the world who have been incredibly moved by these videos (check out Stand By me - One Love and all of the others), and you'll see just how many people want an end to War/Bigotry. ONE Love (from NY). :)
