Or it's just a firefly (or similar bug) passing a few meters in front of the cam. the image is largly covered by clouds, so the odds are good everything passing will be passing the clouds. Whenever the firefly's light blinks on it appears to break free of the cloud cover, blink off and it 'enters' the cloud again. It also accounts for the irratic movement. And yes, they do appear in winter also (looking at the date) but it's rather rare.

not saying it IS fake, but the motion looks unnatural to me, even for a UFO, just going by distance/speed ratio proportions. meow. if real, then sweet. but i'm guessing the person who posted is in not who captured it, which is dissapointing ~

If you run it through VLC, turn up the contrast and go frame by frame you can see it enter on the top left, go through the cloud layer, and come out over the city. I think the random looking course is due to motion blur - that thing is doing some serious speed!

could be one of those little remote controlled helicopters (i got one) little flashing zingy lights on the side,flown mine at night a couple of times,looks like this when filmed,but good capture non of the less,btw i believe in ufos, n1 ;)

@cptskellern On the source version you can see it come through and out of the clouds on the left just before it turns, so it's definitely a few thousand feet up. The blue on it is an overlay from the motion detector software.
