While we can eat cooked corpses like lots of other crap we do have most features of herbvores. Our long intestines, lack of claws, night vision or speed, teeth (even most herbivores have a small canine).

Also, our intestines are long (meat eaters poop in a few hours, we poop days later and it rots in our intestines causing colon cancers). Many animals are herbivores and we are one of them.
