true, but with work your feet will get stronger, then when you train with shoes again, you can tackle huge impacts and not need to roll

Look at the second word of your comment then think before you reply. You might find that they're "Kids" for starters, and secondly they're kids starting out at Parkour, they're not going to be great straight away are they.

Shut up you idiot, if you understood anything about Parkour and its practitioners it's that we train safely and check what we're jumping on to avoid injuries.

exactly, like first learning rolls on concrete. (not like starting on concrete, but after you have worked your way from grass to concrete).

I am Tyler Miura I am a fellow Traceur in the State of Hawaii this video i would like to take a moment to say that this video is perfect. By far shows the true meaning and practices of Parkour and shows people in the community that Parkour isn't just about doing dangerous things and jumping off roof tops but it lets us as humans explore our imagination and to adapt to our environment. I have started a club here in Hawaii for my High School and I plan to do the same for my College this will help!

Thumbs up if in the first 20 seconds you saw over 20 different movements in the city.

No need to be an ass, barefoot has many more limits and more risks.

Teaching tiny kids to grab on to a capping stone that hasn't been fixed properly so they pull it down and smash their brains in with it ...really constructive.
