This was murder, pure and simple.

I hate the living... Criticizing the dead is easy, isnt it? you fucking humans deserve to be destroyed

The irony of this tragedy is that Alaska cut corners to save money and this accident caused them to lose multi millions. It disgusts me that a company is so greedy that they wouldn't even spend the time and money on lubricating an essential screw. I for one will NEVER fly Alaska Airlines again.

The most horrible crash ever...

What a joke America is that no one went to prison over this corporate greed. Yes, the pilots were absolute heroes, but management was pure scum that were allowed to get away with murder.
-
True heroes.

Shit it took a long time for a pilot to be as experience as the one in this video...

SO SO SO SAD!
Despite the fact that they crashed and everyone died, these pliots can be considered true heroes. Never once did they loose their cool, and never once did they give up despite the fact after the tail broke it was almost enivitable that a diasaster would occur. But the fact that they tried absoloutly everything, even going as far as flying a non-suitable aircraft upside down, and taking the noble decision to bring it down in the bay to protect lifes on the ground as well. Incredible! R.I.P!

What an idiotic attitude. US made aircraft fly hundreds of millions billions of kilometres every year with incredibly low loss rates. They aren't unsafe, they're just not impervious to failure. Statistically speaking, modern Boeing jets are among the safest in the world (equal with Airbus and much safer than Embraer, Yakolev, Tupelov etc). Get your head out of your ass.
Though talking about MD aircraft.. I don't feel safe on them TBH.
