93 Corvette vs Brand New Mustang 5.0 !!!

My friends 93 6-speed lt1 vette somehow pulling a brand new stang.

Vette is bone stock except for muffler delete and a msd ignition. The owner believes when the msd ignition was installed the timing was advanced slightly but that is unconfirmed.

The Stang is a stock and manual.

This is funny..I have raced several vettes and have yet to have any bone stock vette C5 or C4 beat me. It took a C6 with bolt ons to do it. HAHA.

Either driver really sucks or vette has some shit in it.

@BLACKPOWER707 I have LT headers with full 3" exhaust, Boss intake, dyno tune, some weight reducation(about 200lbs), cold air.

Raced several C6 vettes as well. Beat them all except a C6 with bolt ons that tree'd me. Our best of night was pretty much even. I even beat a C5Z06.

My best pass so far is 11.80@117 in 90* weather with a DA of 2500. Corrected for weather it is a 11.4@12X.

@BLACKPOWER707 Swayvar delete, switched wheels for front runners, bigs in the back, swapped exhaust, some suspension upgrades dropped weight, took out spare tire and jack. I also have a base model so no fancy leather and unnecessary crap..lol
