To make the case more compelling it would be helpful to:
-parse out what's suitable today for the cloud and what's not. Email and office suite are pretty good fits. Still need to see case studies on how HIPAA, SOX404, and (possibly) PCI apps could fit.
-discuss how to handle legacy ERP by partially putting function in the cloud
-have better problem reporting, tracking, and escalation of both Google Apps and classic GMail. Generally outages and status don't seem to be reported.
