@rivosuoth and then for those who want to easily copy and paste from a text editor (e.g Notepad.exe in Windows) to this app, you can use a software "Always On Top Maker (go to Google n search exactly those words)" to put your Notepad's Window on top of any windows opened (including your browser, in which you are working with the "Add Caption and Save Caption" that's a little bit time consuming,;plus writing down the text if you don't want to just copy and paste as I advised earlier. ^_^
It would be worth noting that it's more convenient to have the prestructured (line per line) subtitles in normal text editor first before working with this app. Having the pre-subtitles ready on any text editor*, what we have to do next is in this app is only copy and paste from the text editor to this app. ;-). I think this would work best for this app. *(I request the text editor can be included in this app - so there is kind of white space that's always visible for the sake of copy-paste)
I have been trying to create the captions in Caption youtube (saved them as written) and than exported to youtube video for a video for 2 days now and it does not work. This is what is the result:
Lelki adoptálás 2. r. (Lengyel nyelven magyar feliratokkal)
Some other features - I like my YouTube vids to go live with captions attached, so it would be nice to stop videos going live until you have done the captions. The main features I would demand are the option to perform key functions controlling the video and queueing captions with keyboard shortcuts, and having adjustable playback speed to lessen the need to stop and replay vide clips.
A good idea though. I hope that this gets carried further
Don't fight over it, it might break.
