Hi Omar! Thank you so much for your comment! I know, I HATE the summer. I couldn't go to a wedding in Tennessee either because it was too hot and humid for me. I totally understand. I hope you are making the best of it - stay cool - it won't last for too much longer!!

Hi Lauren,
thanks for the posting. I was diagnosed with MS in 1994. I have a lot of trouble with heat same as you , and everybody else does. Have you looked into vests with cooling packs in them? They are sold as heat protection devices, mainly for the construction trades. They have re freezable bags that then are put in a vest with pockets made for the bag. Not too pretty, but they will extend the temperature range you can tolerate. Good Luck!
FYI - You are still young! Mike-48 w/ MS

Hi Mike! Thank you for the suggestion! I will definitely look into a vest like that. I wish you the best!

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for the videos and insights!
I was wondering about your walking/gait. How far can you walk at a stretch? a mile? more? how was it before Tysabri?

Thank you for writing! I can walk for about a mile and then I need to rest. My overall physical abilities improved after taking Tysabri, but I do still get tired easily.
