I guess is Ry Cooder (not Ray) obviously, the one and only, and the tuning is open E, the song played in the key of E. I like it. :-)

yeah its in open e... same shapes though. not a sslavish copy but sounds great. he did a great job. but he turned it into some kinda swing. feelin bad blues is really a free-time lament.
